Who am I?
I’m Lee Ann. I’ve been on the hiring side of the table for over 12 years ~ recruiting, advising, coaching, and guiding high performers into life-changing roles.
I’ve helped people land jobs at: Google, Meta, TikTok, Capital One, Intuit, Visa, CIA (yes, really), Slalom Consulting, Sun Life Financial, BNY Mellon, PwC, TD Bank, Verizon, Liberty Mutual, Memorial Sloan Kettering, and many more.
Whether you’re a top-performer on the edge of burnout or a job seeker ready to reinvent your career, I help you stop overthinking and start showing up like the high-value candidate you already are.
What is this place?
This is more than a coaching practice.
It’s your launchpad.
Your confidence lab.
Your strategy studio.
Where the inner work meets the outer results.
Whether you need a resume revamp, a full mindset reset, or a game plan to finally leave your job, I’m here to help you do it on your terms and faster than you think.
Why should you care?
Because you've probably already downloaded 12 free guides, rewritten your resume 4 times, and still don’t feel like “yourself” in the job search.
Here, we do it differently.
I help you:
- Build a narrative that actually sounds like you but sharper
- Shift from "How do I get this job?" to "Is this job worthy of me?"
- Learn tools that make the whole process feel doable ~ even exciting
No generic fluff. No toxic hustle. Just real results.
Want to know more about me?
Here are 10 fun (and a little fierce) facts:
- Born and raised in Brooklyn ~ which means I speak directly, move fast, and believe in saying what you mean (and meaning what you say).
- I’m a certified #IAmRemarkable facilitator. Helping people own their worth? One of my favorite things to do... ever.
- I’ve helped clients land jobs at the CIA and Google. And I still get emotional when they text, “I got the offer.”
- I’m training with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) at the PCC level because coaching isn’t a side hustle to me. It’s a craft I take seriously.
- I believe resumes should read like highlight reels, not history logs. You’ve done epic things, so let’s show them off.
- I once helped a client negotiate a $100K salary increase WITHOUT adding a single new credential.
- I think job searching is 80% identity work, 20% tactics. Most people get stuck because they’re chasing checklists instead of clarity.
- I’m obsessed with good food, street eats, and delicately sweet bites ~ and I'll find the best restaurant in any city within 15 minutes.
- I believe LinkedIn is a goldmine, not a graveyard. Most people are leaving money (and opportunity) on the table by ignoring it.
- My clients start off second-guessing themselves... then they end up negotiating salaries, leading teams, and saying things like, “I finally feel like me again.”
